How long does it take for Electra to take effect?

The benefits of Electra begin to be seen within 2 weeks of starting treatment. Clients with insomnia report benefits even within a few days of starting.
However, we recommend a 3-month course of treatment to get the maximum benefit from the effects of each ingredient.

Does Electra have any side effects?

What are the contraindications?
